About
Femi Fashions is a sustainable apparel manufacturing partner based in India.
Founded in 2002, we deliver end-to-end apparel solutions to global brands — combining ethical practice with the technical depth needed to produce at scale. Our work spans design, sampling, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and logistics, all under one roof.
We build with certified materials and natural fibres — bamboo, linen, organic cotton, aloe vera, rose and banana — and hold ethical sourcing and full traceability as non-negotiable conditions rather than optional extras.
We serve small and mid-size fashion brands across the UAE, Europe and North America, and we are equally at home taking a sketch to production or engineering a product from first principles.

Design and development
We are involved at every level of the development process. Our areas of expertise include trend analysis, research and development, strategic planning, brand positioning, graphic design, fashion design, packaging, fit and quality control.
Branding and manufacturing at scale
Building strong brands is part of our DNA. Our adaptable approach lets us create products that answer targeted, specific needs with high value-added textile solutions — reaching customers of all ages at a value for money our competitors struggle to match.
Being involved at every step of the value chain allows us to keep close control and consistently exceed what our customers expect.
Smart factories powered by AI-driven production planning and blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency, backed by efficient supply chains and on-time delivery worldwide.

Culture
Together, we are Femi Fashions.
We empower marginalised women through skill development, fair wages and gender equality initiatives — because a factory is only as sustainable as the people working in it.
We design for recyclability and partner with brands on take-back and reuse programmes, closing the loop rather than simply reducing what we take from it.
